History
The church was founded in 1913, by the Baptist and Congregational Unions, to serve the growing community in and around Hutton Mount. The ministry alternates between the Baptist Union and the United Reformed Church. One of the first Union Churches to be established in this country it was an ecumenical project well ahead of its time. The ecumenical spirit of the church community is as strong today as it was then and we welcome members of all denominations into our fellowship. |
